Cancellation less than 48 hours of check-in: 50% of first night rate charged as retention
Cancellation less than 24 hours of check-in: 100% of fist night rate charged as retention 

Minimum of 50% Advance deposit required for confirmation of reservation and balance 50% payment at the time of check-in.

All Govt. taxes & duties prevailing on the date will be charged extra over and above the room rates/meal charges.

One child below 5 years can stay free of charge, using the existing beds. Older child or adult is charged Rs. 600/- per person per night. The maximum number of extra beds that can be provided in a room is one.

There is no provision for extra cots in the room. 

Wi-fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Free Parking is allowed at the Homestay premises on first come first basis. Parking is available on the street outside the premises at the risk and cost of the owner.

The Homestay reserves the right of admission. According to the Govt. Regulations a valid photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel. Accepted IDs are Drivers Licence, Voter Card, Aadhar Card, Passport & Ration Card. Accordingly, without a valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check-in and the Homestay will not be responsible for any check-in denied to any guests due to the aforesaid reason. The standard check-in time is 10:00 A.M. and the check-out time is 08:00 A.M..

The room tariff is exclusive of all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, snacks or telephone call charges) which will be charged extra at the time of check-out.

Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as ‘couple’, if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check-in.

Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city.

Cheque payments are not accepted at the Homestay Reception desk. All payments should be done at the Reception desk before the departure of the guest/group, in cash or by debit / credit card.

The Homestay premises are under 24-hour camera surveillance. Strict security system is being followed to ensure guests’ safety and total cooperation from guests is solicited. Guests are requested to allow their baggage to undergo security checks.  

Only one child aged below 5 years is allowed to stay complimentary in the room with the parents free of charge. Children aged 5 years and above are taken as adult and charged accordingly. Extra bed will be provided in the room on request from the guest on payment of the applicable charges.

The Homestay does not allow any pets within the area.
